Good work, done properly, close to home.
We are usually looking for installation technicians, systems programmers, and project managers — and we will train the right person.
What the job actually is.
Some weeks are a clean new-construction pre-wire. Some are a retrofit in an occupied building where nothing is where the drawings say. Both are interesting if you like solving things.
You would work across residential, commercial, education, and public safety projects — which means real variety and a broad skill set, rather than doing the same room a hundred times.
We pay for manufacturer certification and training, and we promote from within where we can. If you are early in your career and genuinely careful about your work, that matters more to us than a list of credentials.
Where we are hiring.
Installation Technician
Cable pulls, terminations, rack builds, equipment installation, and trim-out across residential and commercial projects. Clean workmanship and a valid driver's licence required; we will train the rest.
ShopSystems Programmer
Control system programming and configuration on Crestron, Control4, and related platforms, plus network configuration and commissioning support.
OfficeProject Manager
Scheduling, trade coordination, procurement, and client communication from kickoff through handoff. Construction experience valued.
FieldService Technician
Diagnosing and resolving issues on installed systems, both remotely and on site, with the customer-facing manner that goes with it.
ShopAV Design Engineer
System design, drawing production, equipment schedules, and infrastructure documentation for projects of all sizes.

Do not see your role? If you are good at this work and want to do it here, tell us what you do and we will talk.

The practical stuff.
Company vehicle or mileage for field roles, tools and test equipment provided, paid manufacturer certification, and a schedule that mostly keeps you in New England rather than on the road.

Tell us about yourself.
Send a résumé and a short note about the kind of work you like doing. Real experience is welcome; so is real enthusiasm with less experience behind it.
