Systems integration is a genuine craft — part engineering, part carpentry, part software. It rewards people who care about doing things properly and it is a good career for someone who likes solving problems with their hands and their head.
We try to run a shop people want to stay at: real training, room to specialize, and enough variety that no two weeks look the same. Someone can spend a Tuesday commissioning a dispatch centre and a Thursday calibrating a home cinema.
We hire for care and curiosity more than for a specific certification. The certifications we will pay for; the temperament has to already be there.

Manufacturer platforms move. We keep our team current on the systems we deploy, and we host and attend continuing-education sessions for the architects, designers, and builders we work alongside.
