Luxury motor yacht — full AV, network & control refit

Marine work is building work with every constraint tightened. Nothing can be re-pulled later, every rack has to be serviceable at sea, and the environment is actively hostile to electronics.

The brief

Replace an aging, partly failed AV and network system across the salon, staterooms, bridge, and exterior decks — with one interface, reliable connectivity underway, and equipment a crew member can actually reach.

What we did

Full structured cabling refit, two purpose-built equipment racks in existing joinery, distributed video and audio, surveillance, network and Wi-Fi throughout the vessel, and unified control from fixed panels and mobile devices.

The constraint

Vibration, salt air, limited rack depth, and no opportunity to re-pull cable meant every run was planned, labelled, and tested before the joinery closed — and every rack was built for front service access.
