We have been doing this in New England since 1976 — long enough to have installed systems, serviced them, and replaced them a generation later. Drawings, elevations, equipment schedules, and a documented network and power plan your other trades can build against.

Pre-wire, rack fabrication, installation, programming, and commissioning — then training so the room gets used the way it was designed.
04Support
Warranty, monitoring, preventive maintenance, and a lifecycle plan for the day the platform needs to move forward.

Most integration problems are not installation problems — they are support problems. Firmware moves, an ISP swaps a modem, a display gets replaced, and suddenly a room that worked for two years does not.
TCS Care covers remote monitoring and diagnostics, priority response, scheduled preventive maintenance, and a documented upgrade path. Many issues we resolve before the client notices — and most of the rest without a truck roll.
