Service & support.
Remote monitoring, priority response, preventive maintenance, and an honest lifecycle plan — because most of the life of a system happens after installation day.
Systems drift. That is normal.
Firmware updates change behaviour. An ISP swaps a modem and the remote access stops. A display gets replaced with a different model. None of these are installation failures — they are just what happens to a connected system over years.
A support agreement means somebody is watching for that, and that when you do call, you reach people who have the documentation for your specific system in front of them rather than starting from scratch.
TCS Care.
Remote monitoring
Continuous visibility into network gear, control processors, and critical AV components, with alerts when something goes offline or starts misbehaving.
02Priority response
Defined response targets by severity, so an urgent problem in an operating room or a dispatch center is treated differently from a cosmetic one.
03Remote resolution
A large share of issues get resolved over a remote connection, often before anyone on your side has reported them — and without a truck roll.
04Preventive maintenance
Scheduled visits to clean filters, check terminations and thermals, verify backups, update firmware deliberately, and recalibrate where needed.
05Documentation upkeep
As-built drawings, IP schedules, and credentials kept current as the system changes, so nothing depends on one person's memory.
06Lifecycle planning
A straight assessment of what is nearing end of support, so upgrades are budgeted and planned rather than triggered by a failure.
Something not working?
For anything urgent, calling or texting is fastest. For non-urgent issues and change requests, this form reaches the service team directly.

Not a TCS system? We will still look at it.
We take on support for systems other people installed, once we have surveyed and documented what is there.
